So, what have I done?
D&AD New Blood Festival
InColour was an exhibition that showed aspiring advertisers "bringing colour to the industry". It won Top Pick, had 4/9 Ones to Watch and gained lots of attention during the week.
Each team/person had a colour assigned to them, which was used in the poster display, booklet, portfolios, business cards and photos. It was designed so that people could easily follow the work of the person they were interested in.
We fundraised for, designed and assembled two exhibitions: one in Cheltenham and one in the New Blood Festival.
I created and ran social accounts for the exhibition

My first WFH internship has been fantastic so far. Though the middle of a global pandemic was an odd time to start the job, the team made me feel at home (sorry I couldn't resist!) and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
Working 50/50 across strategy and creative has allowed me to really grasp the full process and observe my strengths and weaknesses. I have worked with clients such as EE, BT, Puma, Gordon's and Ella's Kitchen amongst others so far.

Interned as one half of a creative team with the wonderful Nat Campbell. We expected to be put on some small brief in the corner but were were immediately thrown into a KFC brief on our first day. Went on to other briefs with clients such as Uber, The Body Shop and Cheerios and worked with a variety of insanely creative brains during the process.
Warm atmosphere, trusting clients and the most delicious lunch. Fuck yeah indeed.
A two-week-long intensive course learning everything there is to know about strategy.
I worked on a live brief with Mother as a solo junior strategist, collecting qualitative and quantitative research and producing insights and a strategic outcome from the findings. I suggested creative outcomes within a deck which I presented to a room of 30 experienced strategists and researchers.
I also participated in workshops and pitches from Proximity, TBWA, St Luke's, TRO, Elvis, ENGINE, Edelman, 1000 Heads, RAPP and YouGov.
VCCP Ad School
My team and I tackled a live brief and were awarded as the winning team after presenting against our peers. In the week we were there, we conducted qualitative and quantitative research, developed insights and strategy, created concepts and visuals and pitched our idea.
Alongside this, we had talks and workshops from each department within the agency including planning, account handling, social media, ethnography, digital, creative production.
An internship which saw me working as half of a creative team on a brief from one of the agency's clients. We developed the brief with our own research and created conceptual work for the campaign's outcome.
